Dr. Sina Massoumi

Founder & Managing Director

Dr. Sina Massoumi leads DualTech Conseil's industrial inspection, expediting, and QA/QC services across France and neighbouring European countries.

He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Non-Destructive Testing from Université Paris-Saclay and is a certified welding inspector. His experience in scientific research and engineering brings technical rigour to the company's approach.

Overseeing client relationships, business development, and inspection coordination, he works closely with the technical team to deliver reliable support, clear reporting, and responsive service.
