Project Overview
DualTech Conseil carried out the inspection of shafted wheels for the TotalEnergies Ratawi Hub (TERPH) GMP project. The shafted wheels are critical components in the rotating equipment package and required precise dimensional verification and non-destructive testing.
Scope of Inspection
- Visual and dimensional inspection of shafted wheels
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) on critical sections
- Verification against project specification and drawings
- Material traceability and certification review
- Documentation review (ITP, test records)
Approach
Our inspector worked at the vendor’s manufacturing facility, following the project ITP and verifying every hold point before authorizing the release of the components.
Deliverables
Inspection report with dimensional records, NDT results, photographic documentation, and final release recommendation.
