Project Overview
DualTech Conseil carried out the inspection of a critical gear unit with open housing for the ADNOC GAS LNG Preconditioning Plant (LPP) project. The gear unit — an agitator drive — required precise verification of tooth mesh contact, backlash and axial stability due to its critical role in the LNG production chain.

Approach
Our inspector worked alongside the vendor’s engineering team at the manufacturing facility in France. Using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and precision metrology tools, each critical dimension was validated against the design specification before final assembly.
Deliverables
Detailed inspection report with dimensional data sheets, CMM measurement records, photo documentation, and a final release recommendation.
