Project Overview
DualTech Conseil carried out incoming inspection of critical equipment for a non-wovens production line. The inspected equipment included carding units (EXCELLE Card, TCT Chute Feeder, Feed Regulators, Aprons, Silos, Emergency Suction Device), along with the complete drying section (Hood, Burners, Hood Exhaust Fan).
Scope of Inspection
- Visual and dimensional inspection of major components
- Verification against technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Review of material traceability and certificates
- Packing and preservation checks before shipment
- Documentation review (manufacturing records, ITP)
Approach
Our inspector worked on-site at the vendor’s manufacturing facility in France, following the project ITP and verifying each hold point before authorizing the release of the equipment.
Result
All inspected items were confirmed compliant with the project specifications. A final inspection report with photographic documentation and punch list was issued, allowing the equipment to be released for shipment to the end-user site.
